Nigeria’s representatives in this year’s Gothia Cup in Sweden, TikiTaka Academy, have been drawn in Group 1 of the U17 Boys Elite along with Pumas Unam FC of Mexico.
The other teams in this first round group are IF Brommapojkarna and IFK Norrkoping both from Sweden.
The top two teams will automatically advance to the knockout stage of the annual competition.
The famous global youth tournament will be played next month.
TikiTaka Academy reached the U17 Boys final two years ago when they lost by the odd goal to Right To Dream of Ghana, who are bankrolled by Premier League champions Manchester City.
IFK Goteborg midfielder Alhassan Yusuf played in that tournament final.
