Greek champions Olympiacos will cover Henry Onyekuru’s salaries as well as pay a loan fee of 600,000 Euros to AS Monaco.
SCORENigeria gathered that one of the proposed offers for the player would have seen Monaco receive a huge loan fee, while the player will be a fixed salary for a year.
Olympiacos also have the option to buy the winger for 4.5 Million Euros at the end of the loan.
The 24-year-old forward does not have a future at Monaco and so his latest loan transfer away from the Ligue 1 team.
He will feature in the UEFA Champions League with the perennial champions of Greece, who are handled by Pedro Martins.
Before now Onyekuru was linked with Turkish giants Besiktas and Fenerbache.
In the second round of last season, he played on loan at Turkish club Galatasaray, where he scored five goals.
However, they did not take up the buy-out option of 4.3 Million Euros.
