Super Eagles defender Ola Aina is set to add to the Nigerian presence at Nottingham Forest as he is due to undergo a routine medical in respect of joining the Premier League club as a free agent.
Ola Aina’s contract at Serie A club Torino has run out and he will now join Forest on a free transfer.
He will fly into Valencia, Spain, where Forest have set up pre-season training camp, to do his medical.
It is a two-year deal with an option for an additional year.
The former Chelsea player last played in the Premier League in the 2020/2021 season on loan with Fulham.
Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis featured for Forest last season.
