Questions are now being asked whether David Okereke is fast becoming an eight million Euros flop at Belgian champions Club Brugge.
Former Spezia of Italy star Okereke has struggled to impress leading up to the kick-off of the league next month.
Media reports said he has not at his best in friendlies against OHL and Beerschot.
Last season, Okereke, 22, finished as the Belgian champions top scorer with nine goals in 22 league games as top Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund made enquiries about him.
However, injury disrupted his fine run in the league and he was not the same player when he eventually returned to action.
He also could not re-enact his league form in either the UEFA Champions League or the Europa League.
It is also not a hidden secret that Club Brugge are seriously shopping for another striker for the new season.
