Young defender Vince Osuji is set to quit Belgian champions Club Brugge for Tromso in Norway.
It is a transfer that did not work for Club Brugge after they spent close to four million euros to sign him from Swedish side Kalmar two years ago.
The transfer fee for his move to Tromsø is currently unknown, but is described as ‘very modest’.
Other sources from Norway, however, indicated that Osuji, 20, is moving to Norway for free, but that Club Brugge managed to negotiate a high sell-on percentage.
At Brugge, Osuji failed to secure a regular place in the first team. The Nigerian played primarily for Club NXT, but never quite managed to make an impression there either.
