Joe Aribo has said he was simply “ecstatic” after he scored one of the goals for Rangers to fight back and beat Portuguese club Sporting Braga 3-2 in a UEFA Europa League Round of 32 home game.
Aribo scored a super individual goal on 75 minutes to draw home team Rangers level 2-2.
“We are all buzzing and ecstatic by the result and the fight-back,” Aribo said after the match.
The former Charlton Athletic star played as an “emergency” leftback following injury for Rangers.
The Super Eagles midfielder also saluted the fans for getting behind the team to record a famous victory.
“The atmosphere was rocking, the fans kept us going and we got the reward,” he said.
