Kenneth Omeruo and Chidozie Awaziem will take a 16% pay cut at CD Leganes should La Liga not resume for the current season to be concluded.
The lower wages are a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic, which forced La Liga to be suspended last month.
Leganes president Victoria Pavon praised the players understanding and commitment in these difficult times.
Spain is one of the countries hardest hit by the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Leganes are also in danger of relegation as they are 19th on the 20-team La Liga table.
They have 23 points from 27 matches and three points from safety.
