La Liga club Valencia have joined several English Championship sides like Coventry City in the race to sign Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka.
Onyeka, 28, is in need of regular first-team football, which he has not got at Premier League club Brentford.
According to Sky Sports, Valencia are in talks over a deal for the Brentford midfielder.
The talks are regarding either a loan or a permanent deal.
Brentford boss Keith Andrews stated that Onyeka is likely to leave in this winter market, noting that the player has had fewer minutes because he was away for the AFCON in Morocco and that he understands Onyeka’s desire to play more regularly.
