The Super Eagles winger opened scoring after 12 minutes, before he made it 3-0 on 21 minutes courtesy of an assist by Tammy Abraham.
It was a fitting individual display by Chukwueze to mark his 50th appearance for Milan.
It will be a major boost for Chukwueze and his club as they next come up against on-form Atalanta in Serie A.
