On the back of the success of Vince Osuji, Kalmar FF are now trying out another Nigerian youngster, Lorenzo Chinazo.
Chinazo, 18, is a right back from Ajuwa FC.
He has returned to Kalmar after his first visit in August.
On Monday, he featured in an U21 match with assistant coach Jens Karlsson singing his praise.
“Lorenzo is calm and fast and showed what we saw when he was here and trained with us. But it is always easier to see players in a match and he gave a positive impression, he told The Barometern.
Chinazo himself wants to take the first big step on his way to playing for a club in the UEFA Champions League.
“I would love to play here,” he said
“I want to get to the highest level and at some point get to play in the Champions League.
“And being able to come here would be a good step on the way there.”
