Brentford young defender Benjamin Fredrick has replaced Chrisantus Uche, who has failed to join the Super Eagles in London for the invitational Unity Cup.
Fredrick trained with the Super Eagles tonight.
The Super Eagles will take on Jamaica in the Unity Cup final Saturday after they outcored arch-rivals Ghana 2-1 in midweek.
Highly promising central defender Fredrick has been outstanding for Brentford U21s this past season that he bagged the Young Player of the Season award.
He shone at the 2023 U20 World Cup in Argentina, where the Flying Eagles reached the quarterfinal.
