SCORENigeria can exclusively reveal that Getafe forward Chrisantus Uche has not found his way to the Super Eagles training camp in London because he has yet to be granted an entry visa to the United Kingdom.
A top official simply told SCORENigeria: “Forget all the lies and rumours surrounding the no-show of the player (Uche) in the media.
“He has had issues getting a visa to get into England.”
It is now left to be seen whether Uche, who has enjoyed a breakout first season in the Spanish La Liga, could also make the trip to Russia for the historic friendly in Moscow on June 6.
The player has been named on the squads for both the Unity Cup in London as well as the Russia friendly.
