After Getafe forward Chrisantus Uche, goalkeeper Amas Obasogie is now the second Super Eagles call-up who will not be at the Unity Cup in London after he could not secure an entry visa into the United Kingdom.
Officials said Obasogie, who plays for Tanzanian club Singida Black Stars FC, has been ruled out of the Unity Cup due to visa issues, which prevented him from traveling to the United Kingdom.
However, the former Bendel Insurance goalkeeper will join the Super Eagles for their friendly against Russia on June 6.
He and Maduka Okoye from Udinese are the two goalkeepers listed for the match.
SCORENigeria has already reported that visa issues also stopped Chrisantus Uche from the Unity Cup.
