The former Nigeria U23 star scored a goal and provided an assist in a 4-1 home win over Lugo to consolidate third place in the standings. Sadiq has now netted 13 goals, four goals shy of the leading scorer in the Segunda Division. Almeria remain just a point outside the bracket for automatic promotion with 15 rounds of matches still to be played.
