Nigeria stars were again firing goals across Europe this past weekend.

These were the Top 5 stars of the past week.

5.Jordan Kadiri

This proven goalscorer is not likely to be at Ostersund FK for very long as he has continued to show class in Sweden. The former Sunsel FC star crowned recent fine displays with his first goal against table toppers IFK Norrkoping even though his team still fell at home.

4.Shuaibu Ibrahim

This former Giwa FC star has proved himself in the second-tier league in Norway and now after grabbing his third goal for Mjondalen in the top league, he has to be taken a lot more seriously. The smart bet is that he will again score goals this season to at least keep his new club safe.

3.Leke James

This is another striker who could soon be on his way from his club after he got his second goal of the season for champions Molde in a comfortable home win over Stabaek. Last season, he recorded 15 goals and his agent has revealed that has attracted interest from outside Norway.

2. Olanrewaju Kayode

Modest Gaziantep will owe their stay in the Turkish Super Lig to the goals of Kayode, who netted his ninth goal at home for a 1-1 draw with Antalyaspor. The big question is – what next for him at the end of a successful loan spell from Shakhtar Donetsk? The player himself he wishes to return to mainstream Europe ahead of the new season.

1.Odion Ighalo

The Manchester United loanee must already be proud of his record at Old Trafford – five goals in four stats. His manager hailed his all-round play as he has provided the Red Devils with a different option in attack. The dream that started in Ajegunle is real and alive in England.
