CAF African Player of the Year Victor Osimhen has said he will take the “next step” of his career at the end of this season.
The Super Eagles striker only recently signed a new contract that keeps him at Napoli till June 2026 and made him one of the biggest earners in the Italian Serie A.
However, this has not doused speculations over his future with serious interest coming from the Premier League.
“I have already made my decision on the next step to do at the end of the season,” Osimhen told CBS.
“I already made up my mind. I already have my plan, I know what I want to do, the next step I want to take.”
Osimhen, who is currently at the 2023 AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire, continued: “I think 60% of the people mention the rumours about me linked with the Premier League.
“Premier League is one of the biggest leagues in the world.
“I want to finish the season with Napoli strong, then come up with the decision I’ve already made.”
