Henry Onyekuru and Jesse Sekidika will now be subjected to Coronavirus tests after Galatasaray president and head coach both tested positive for the deadly disease.
News out of Turkey said vice president Abdurrahim Albayrak and coach Fatih Terim have tested positive for Covid19.
Terim, 66, announced on Twitter he was being treated in hospital after he contacted the disease.
Galatasaray are the defending champions of the Turkish Lig, which has been suspended till further notice on account of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
They also won the Cup last season with Onyekuru playing a major role in their triumphs then on loan from Premier League club Everton.
Onyekuru is currently on loan till the end of the season from French Ligue 1 club AS Monaco, while Sekidika joined up this season from the Turkish lower league.
