This is the largest margin ever recorded by the USA in a youth World Cup.
Forward Onyeka Gamero scored in the 23rd minute as India attempted to play out of the back from a goal kick.
The ever-alert Gamero pounced on the ball to beat a defender and finish her one-on-one challenge against the goalkeeper with a crisp left-footed strike into the lower right corner.
Onyeka Gamero has now scored six international goals for USA.
