Onyeka wins first major trophy

Onyeka Gamero has won her first major trophy won loan at Dallas Trinity.

Gamero, who is on loan from NWSL side Bay FC, was part of the Dallas Trinity team who clinched the 2026 State fair El Classico.

Dallas outscored Mexican side Chivas Guadalajara Femenil 3-2 at the Cotton Bowl in front of 15, 326 fans.

Onyeka, whose father is Nigerian, scored her first goal as a professional at Dallas.
