Ola Aina has completed his transfer to Premier League club Nottingham Forest as a free agent after the expiration of his contract at Serie A club Torino.
The defender has signed a year’s deal with an option for an additional year.
He said he is delighted to return to the Premier League after he featured for Fulham on loan in the 2020/2021 season.
I wanted to return to English again and Forest are a club that have an exciting project and team,” he told the club website.
“I am very excited to be back in the Premier League. It is the best league in the world.”
He is the first summer signing by Forest and he teams up with fellow Super Eagles stars Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis.
