It’s now official – Golden Eaglets star Emmanuel Michael has signed for Austrian club LASK.
It is a season-long loan from Simoiben Academy in Kaduna with an option to make this transfer permanent thereafter.
He turned 18 in June to now sign his first pro contract in Europe.
Emmanuel Michael came to prominence at the 2022 U17 AFCON qualifiers in Ghana, where he won several Man of the Match awards.
His attacking forays from defence earned him goals and caught the eye of many.
