The official matchdays for the Super Eagles opening 2025 AFCON qualifiers against Benin and Rwanda are now known.
The Super Eagles will welcome Benin, who stunned the three-time African champions 2-1 in a 2026 World Cup qualifier in June, on Saturday, September 7 in Uyo.
The Eagles will then travel to take on Rwanda in a second qualifier three days later.
Rwanda lead the 2026 World Cup qualifying group that also has the Super Eagles and Benin.
They have seven points from four matches, same points as Benin but with a superior goals difference.
The Super Eagles are second from bottom with three points after four rounds of matches.
