NPFL Player of Week:  Igbunnu Evwiehurhoma crowns Warri Wolves return to top flight in style

The NPFL Player of the opening week is Igbunnu Evwiehurhoma of Warri Wolves.

The striker continued where he left off last season for the NNL champions by firing a 76^th match winner for promoted Warri Wolves at the fortress of Katsina United.

It was a dream start for the ‘Seasiders’ to announce their return to the top flight league in Nigeria since 2021.

The striker and his team will next welcome Enugu Rangers to Ozoro this weekend.
