Brown Ideye has said he will decide on his future after the end of the season in Greece, when his contract with Aris Thessaloniki will be up.
The 31-year-old striker has revived his career at Aris after a difficult three years during which he struggled in China and Spain.
“I met with the Aris director and told him I will decide on my future after the season and I have gone on holidays,” Ideye said.
“But I am very grateful for what Aris has done for my career.”
Ideye has scored seven goals in 20 appearances for Aris this season.
Ideye featured in Aris 3-1 win over OFI at the start of the championship playoffs at the weekend.
The game was without fans no thanks to the Coronavirus Pandemic.
“It was strange to play without the fans pushing us on,” he admitted.
“But it was good to start the playoffs with a victory.”
