Future Eagles have lost their third straight match at the invitational tournament in Japan when they fell 2-1 to USA.
The Nigeria U16s previously lost 1-0 to the Netherlands and 6-1 to hosts Japan.
Udoh Solomon scored the Future Eagles consolation goal against USA in the 84th minute shortly after Alantan Azuka was sent off.
The Netherlands and Japan will play off to decide the winners of the tournament.
The Future Eagles are due back in the country Tuesday.
