Adam Mouktar Mohammed has been cleared by the electoral committee to seek re-election as Chairman of FCT Football Association.
He is one of nine candidates who have been cleared for the polls slated for June 17 in Bwari.
The others cleared include Salihu Kolo (1st Vice Chairmanship) and John Gabaya (2nd Vice Chairmanship).
Mouktar Mohammed is unopposed for the top FA post after several milestone achievements he recorded steering football in the Federal Capital Territory.
It was during his tenure that a top-class stadium complete with a modern-day astro-turf was built in Bwari.
The stadium has since hosted NNL and NLO matches to take the pressure off the other facilities in the country’s capital city.
