FCT Football Association chairman Adam Mouktar Mohammed has paid a glowing tribute to retired FCT sports department head Dilichukwu Oyedinma, saying her legacies will endure.
Mouktar Mohammed Thursday led the FCT FA board to congratulate Oyedinma on her retirement after an eventful public service career.
He said the FA were honoured to have worked cordially with her and that her legacies will long be remembered.
The FCT FA boss while thanking the outgoing Ag Secretary Social Development secretariat for her professionalism, said she will be missed and appealed to her not to distance herself from the sports family with which she has recorded tremendous achievements.
In her response, Oyedinma while thanking her guests said , “As I come to the end of my career at FCT, I want to take this opportunity to thank God first and foremost, colleagues and friends who worked with me all these years.
“I wouldn’t have done it without you. Your cooperation made my work easier than it otherwise would have been.
“I will always cherish the memories of my employment in FCT. I will miss you all.
“Once again, my prayers for you are that you keep the flag of FCT Sports up at any time.”
