Adam Mouktar Mohammed has not wasted any time to begin work as the new FCT FA chairman when he visited a youth academy in Abuja to pledge his support for youth football development in the territory.
Mouktar Mohammed defied the pouring rains to visit the Youth Arise Football Academy (YAFA) in training and was received by the founder of the academy, Olagbemiro Olayinka.
The FA boss restated his unshaken belief in youth football and promised that many worthwhile programmes will be designed to boost the game at that level in the FCT.
“The youths are our future and as such we have to do everything that we build a strong and viable foundation for the game at that level,” Mouktar Mohammed disclosed.
The FA chieftain also undertook a media tour of the capital territory to reveal his plans for football in the locality.
He was at both Radio Nigeria and NaijaInfo FM in the capital city.
