The Falconets of Nigeria remain on course for U20 WAFU Cup glory in Benin Republic after they recorded their second win of the competition.
They now have six points from two matches in his round-robin tournament involving three teams.
The Falconets shot past hosts Benin 3-0 with a brace by Ramotalahi Kareem and a late strike by Precious Oscar Sunday.
This followed their opening day win over Ghana.
They won that game 3-1 with striker Janet Akekoromowei ‘Semenya’ grabbing a brace and the Player of the Match award.
Tomorrow, they will play a second match against Ghana, before a rematch with the host nation to determine the U20 women’s champions of the sub-region.
