SCORENigeria has exclusively learnt that Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa is now studying late offers from the Premier League just as he was about to conclude a return to top Russian club CSKA Moscow.

“There are at least two offers from the Premier League for Musa. They came just as he was about finalising a return to CSKA,” a top source informed SCORENigeria

“He was already set to join CSKA in Spain for pre-season training before this latest development.

“One of the offers is from a London club.”

The Eagles skipper has been a free agent since late last year after his contract with Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr was mutually terminated two years before it was to run out.

Ahmed Musa moved to Saudi Arabia soon after his heroics at the 2018 World Cup in Russia as he did not have a future at Premier League side Leicester City.

Russian army team CSKA Moscow will always to be home to the speedy winger because that was where he first made a name for himself internationally.

It was also at CSKA he returned to on loan when he found the going tough at Leicester City.

‘Myka’, as he was nicknamed in Russia, has many fond memories of his time at the army club.
