A band of Dynamo Brest fans came around to celebrate with Mukhtar Sanusi, who clocked 19 today.
“It was great to see the fans. They even presented me with a gift,” Sanusi told SCORENigeria
“I appreciate their support and I hope to soon pay back this with goals and good football for our darling club.”
The winger’s flying start to the season was slowed down by a muscle injury in training and this has forced him to miss Brest last three league games.
He will also miss tomorrow’s clash at Gommel, but he told SCORENigeria he hopes to resume full training in the new week.
“I can’t wait to start playing again, I miss the game, the team and the fans,” he said.
“I started training on my won this week and I hope to be back with the full squad early next week.”
