Leke James continued his impressive display for Norwegian club Molde FK as he scored in a 2-0 win over Kristiansund BK to remain top of the league table with 59 points in 27 games.
The Kaduna-born forward scored in the 59th minute to seal the victory for his side.
Leke told SCORENigeria that the goal and victory are dedicated to him as the match day was his birthday.
“It was a great game and sweet victory for us. We are getting closer to our target of winning the league,” he said.
“I am delighted to score and this time the goal and the victory are dedicated to me as birthday gift.”
He has now scored 13 goals in the league and four in UEFA Europa League games.
James has previously played for Aalesund (Norway) and Beijing Enterprises (China).
