Awaziem match winner on Alanyaspor debut

Chidozie Awaziem has got off to a flying start at Turkish club Alanyaspor after he scored the winning goal at home against Giresunspor tonight.

The defender, who is on loan from Portuguese club Boavista, hit target after just eight minutes.

That effort proved the match winner as Awaziem played the entire duration as a central defender.

It was Alanyaspor first win of the season, while Giresunspor remain rock bottom of the standings with no points thus far.
