Former youth international Gbenga Arokoyo has been linked with Vasteras SK as his contract with another Swedish club Kalmar is set to run out at season’s end.
He is one of several players linked with Vasteras SK.
However, VSK manager Thomas Askebrand told VLT he will not divulge his team’s transfer plans.
“I do not want to comment on the players (we want to sign),” Askebrand said.
“We will first communicate with the players and then their agents after which we could make it public.”
Arokoyo, a defender or defensive midfielder, has previously played in Turkey and the United States of America.
