Both Samuel Adegbenro and Peter Michael were match winners for their respective clubs ahead of the kick-off of the new season in Norway.
Both strikers struggled with injury last season, but they now appear to have put that behind them in time for the new campaign.
Adegbenro grabbed the winning goal for Rosenborg against neigbours Ranheim.
It was Rosenborg’s eighth win in nine pre-season games.
Peter Michael Godly was the match winner against Bodo/Glimt for Valerenga to win by the odd goal in other test match.
The Norwegian top league begins on June 16.
