Paul Mukairu scored his second goal for Anderlecht to return to winning ways courtesy of a 2-0 home win over Beerschot tonight.
The forward hit target in the 71st minute in his seventh start for Anderlecht.
He drove in from the left flank, beat two defenders before he drilled the ball beyond the goalkeeper to the far post.
He has now scored two goals and two assists in nine appearances in the league since his arrival from Turkish club Antalyaspor in October.
Anderlecht have now shot to fourth on the table with 32 points from 19 matches.
They are seven points behind leaders and champions Club Brugge halfway through the season.
