Former Super Eagles star Osaze Odemwingie has picked a Dream Premier League XI packed with as many as five Nigeria stars.
Obafemi Martins (Newcastle United), Austin ‘Jay Jay’ Okocha (Bolton), Yakubu Aiyegbeni, John Utaka (Portsmouth) and Taye Taiwo (QPR) all made Odemwingie’s team.
Osaze maintained that Taye Taiwo packed a more powerful shot than Brazil legend Roberto Carlos.
Utaka combined with Nwankwo to win the FA Cup with unfashionable Portsmouth during his time in England, while Martins scored the goal for Birmingham City to upset Arsenal in the League Cup final.
Osaze played in the Premier League for West Bromwich Albion, Stoke City and Cardiff City.
