Portuguese club Santa Clara have placed a price tag of 2.5 million Euros on their highly-rated Nigerian defender Zaidu Sanusi.
The defender still has two years left on his contract with the modest Portuguese club.
Portuguese champions FC Porto are reported to be interested in the 23-year-old Zaidu even though his club insist they are yet to receive a formal bid.
Greek giants Olympiacos have joined the race for the left-back, who could also as a stopper and in midfield.
He has previously been linked with Armenia Bielefield, who have been promoted to the German Bundesliga for the new season.
