Napoli believe they could still pull off a transfer coup to sign Victor Osimhen by paying Lille 40 million Euros plus Adam Ounas.
This past season, Algeria international Ounas was on loan at OGC Nice.
Osimhen’s representatives have revealed Napoli have so far shown the biggest interest to sign the Super Eagles striker.
There have since been rumours that Osimhen has rejected the Serie A club.
Sportitalia say Lille want as much as 80 million Euros for the 21-year-old striker, but the Coronavirus Pandemic has caused a great depression in the transfer market, which means Osimhen will currently be valued at around 50 million Euros.
Wolfsburg flop Osimhen has been linked with several top Premier League clubs including Liverpool as well as Barcelona and Inter Milan in Serie A.
