Today, he scored a goal and made an assist for Slavia to trounce Jablonec 5-0.
The 22-year-old forward has now netted five goals and made assists for his new club.
Fellow Nigerian Mubarak Suleiman was also outstanding with a goal for the visitors.
It is a morale-boosting win for Slavia and Ayaosi ahead of next week’s UEFA Champions League tie at home against Premier League champions Arsenal.
They are now seven points clear of their nearest rivals after 13 rounds of matches.
