A 44th minute goal by Victor Osimhen proved to be the winning goal for Galatasaray to beat Fenerbache 2-1 in the “Intercontinental Derby’ tonight.
The headed effort was his eighth goal in the Super Lig this season after he first opened scoring in the 29th minute. .
He followed up on his first goal in the UEFA Champions League this season at former club Lille last week.
Galatasaray return to the top of the Super Lig standings with 22 points from nine matches, six points clear of fifth-placed Fenerbache.
