Norwegian title chasers Tromso have expressed confidence young defender Vince Osuji will be a valuable addition.
Osuji cost Belgian champions Club Brugge about four million euros, but after three first-team games and failure to establish himself at the club, he has now moved for “very little” to Tromso.
“Vince is a young and exciting defender who has already performed very well in the Allsvenskan (Swedish top league). He is a player who we believe can take big steps with us,” sports director Lars Petter Andressen told the club’s website.
The Norwegian club are pushing for the championship as they are third in the standings with 34 points, seven points adrift of leaders Bodo/Glimt.
