El Kanemi Warriors have won a fourth Federation Cup after they pipped Ikorodu City 1-0 in the final in Asaba today.
The cup triumph has qualified the Maiduguri club to represent Nigeria in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The cup winner was Muktar Ismail, whose first-half penalty proved to be the difference between the finalists.
The Federation Cup will be a consolation for El Kanemi Warriors after they were relegated from the NPFL this past season.
