The 24-year-old forward scored in either half for Millwall to finish third in the English Championship standings with 83 points from 46 matches, a point behind Ipswich Town, who won automatic promotion back to the Premier League along with champions Coventry City.
Femi Azeez has now scored 11 goals in the Championship playing mostly as a right winger.
He was named as the Junior Lions Player of the Season and was selected in the EFL Championship Team of the Season.
He will most certainly play a key role were Millwall to win the Playoffs to make their way to the Premier League.
