Leading scorer in the NPFL Ndifreke Effiong has been linked with a transfer to Turkish Super Lig club Antalyaspor.
The versatile Effiong is joint leading scorer in the domestic league with 10 goals for hometown club Akwa United.
A source familiar with this transaction informed SCORENigeria that most of the details have been finalised and it is now only for the player to join up with the club before the new season.
Effiong, who could also play in midfield and defence, won a bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
He has been playing mainly as a second striker at Akwa United this season.
