Late Tuesday, Tunisia shot to the top of the group after they beat Uganda 3-1.
This was after Nigeria stopped the Taifa Stars of Tanzania 2-1 in the opening game of the group earlier Tuesday.
“We’re happy to have won, but the most important thing at the AFCON is to improve with every game.
“Now after we analyse (this game), we have to continue to improve.
“This is a big game against a big team like Tunisia and we have to improve offensively, defensively.
“We have to put more movement when we don’t have the ball and when we have the ball.
“So, we have a lot of work (to do).”
He said his team created many scoring chances, but made some mistakes in the second half to give their opponents a chance to come back into match.
“We had a lot of chances to score in the first half, while in the second half we made two mistakes to give Tanzania the chance to come back in the game,” he said.
