A plan to fly out as many as 200 fans to cheer the Super Eagles to victory at the 2026 World Cup Playoffs has been truncated due to issues of getting them entry visas to Morocco.
“The plan is off because of problems of securing the fans visas into Morocco,” an official disclosed.
It is now hoped that the Nigerian embassy will mobilise Nigerian students and residents in Rabat to cheer the Super Eagles at the World Cup Playoffs.
Nigeria will begin their Playoffs campaign Thursday against Gabon.
Kick-off time is 5pm.
