The MVP of the 2024 Gothia Cup Babatunde Akomolede has signed a three-year contract with Belgian club Anderlecht.
The left-sided defender will start out with the Anderlecht second team.
He caught the eye last year with his long throw-ins as Sporting Lagos won the Gothia Cup U17 tournament on their debut.
The 18-year-old Akomolede could also play in central defender.
