The promising center back/midfielder has been linked with a move abroad earlier this summer.
Egbedi has visited both Juventus and Torino for trials.
According to information provided to Fotbolltransfer.com, both clubs have tried to sign the 16-year-old.
In addition, Genoa and Benfica have been trying to arrange a visit for a long time.
However, Egbedi chooses to decline the opportunity to become a youth professional abroad. Instead, he will move within Sweden.
Egbedi has reached an agreement with Allsvenskan club AIK – who are expected to finalise the deal with him shortly.
The talent will begin his stay in AIK’s academy.
