Victor Osimhen’s 75 Million Euros release clause expired last midnight and it is now left for Napoli to decide how much they will sell the striker.
Corriere dello Sport reported that in theory Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis could now ask for a lot more than 75 Million Euros from a club interested in buying Osimhen.
However, the newspaper believes Napoli will not raise the asking price for the player, but would rather demand they get a bank guarantee for this transfer.
Galatasaray are ready to pay the 75 Million Euros so as to sign Osimhen on a permanent basis.
It has now been reported that a letter of credit and not necessarily a bank guarantee will suffice for this transfer to be finalised.
